It is mainly used to detect the whole sulfur content in coal, steel and various minerals, and is the preferred instrument for coal, electric power, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, geological exploration, commodity inspection, environmental protection testing and other departments.
The instrument is designed according to GB/T214-1996 Coulometric titration method, which improves the deficiencies of the past sulfur meter such as poor linearity, zero point drift, manual control of electrolysis switch and manual adjustment of furnace flow. The instrument adopts the M430 CPU of Texas Instruments, and adds many automatic control functions such as automatic control of electrolysis switch and PID mode control of furnace flow; and the microprocessor makes various corrections and processing of test data, which makes the assay data stable and consistent. The accuracy and precision of the assay results are better than the national standard GB/T214-1996.
