Regenerative gas melting aluminum furnace whose furnace design and construction meet the relevant national flame capacity rate standards. This furnace meets the normal production furnace temperature of 1100℃ and the highest furnace temperature of 1250℃. The melting rate is not less than 3T per hour (pure aluminum ingot). When melting pure aluminum ingots without interruption production, the gas consumption is about 65m³ natural gas per ton (varies according to impurities and alloy content, the higher the impurity content, the higher the gas consumption). Production can be custom designed according to the output.
