1. Small amount of sand
1.1 Check whether there is sand in the sand warehouse (there is a lack of sand alarm device on the panel of the main electric control cabinet).
1.2 Re-calibrate the sand output of the sand mixer (refer to the operating procedures of the sand mixer manual).
1.3 The blades of the sand mixer are seriously worn. Adjust the height of the severely worn blades or replace them with new ones.
1.4 The mixing cage of the resin sand mixer has not been cleaned for a long time, resulting in agglomeration of residual sand, resulting in small mixing space and small sand output during sand mixing.
2. Uneven curing
2.1 Whether the ratio of resin and curing agent is uniform.
2.2 Whether there is air leakage in the pipe joint of the curing agent pump or resin pump.
2.3 Whether the pressure of the air supply source meets the requirements (0.4-0.6MPa).
2.4 Check whether the curing agent pump, resin pump and liquid material valve are worn and need to be replaced.
2.5 Too many impurities in resin or curing agent cause blockage of pump and pipeline.
2.6 Check whether the blades of the resin sand mixer need to be replaced.
2.7 Due to the temperature of the sand, the quality of the resin, the amount of curing agent added, and the ambient temperature during the curing process, there is a certain relationship between them. Check whether the above conditions have changed.
